chicken Beryani



Ingredients:
1 kg chicken
500 gm Basmati Rice ( soaked in water for half hours)
2 cup of curd
2 tbs garlic past
1 1tbs ginger past
4 big size onions well chopped
4-6 green chili
2 cup oil.
1 tbs red chili powder
1 tbs cumin powder
4 big cardamom
1 tbs cumin seed
5-7 cloves
6-8 black paper
4 bay leafs
4 cinnamon  sticks
3-4 green cardamom
salt  according to test
1/4 tbs saffron ( soaked in water).
2 cup of water.


Method:
 
first take a big pot and  fry chicken in oil till golden brown.then  take out of the pot.
       then in same pot ,add  cumin,.cloves,black paper,cinnamon,cardamom,bay leafs in oil  and fry it till crackle.then add sliced onion fry it till golden brown.add ginger, garlic past fry it for 2 minutes .then add  red chili powder,cumin powder,curd ,green chili,salt.cook all spices until 5 minutes.then add chicken and soaked rice and mixed well . in last add water and saffron.then cover the pot, and cook on slow flame.

You can serve it with indian green souce and curd.

Chicken Tikka



Ingredients:

1 kg Chicken
2 cups curd
1 tbs cumin powder
1 1/2 tbs Garam masala powder(cardmom ,clove, black paper,chinamon)
1 tbs red cilli powder
1 tbs garlic past
1 tbs ginger past
1 tbs onion past
salt (according to tast)
a pinch saffrun.

Method :

First wash chicken than add all ingredient and mixed well.leave it 2 hours for marinad chicken in freez.after 2 hours put it in preheated oven for 20 minutes on 200digrees tamrature.after 20 minutes apply oil on chicken and again put it in oven for 10 minutes.

  serve it with  indian green souce and  slice onion.
it is very popular in india.this is very famous indian dish.

Pumpkin Pudding




Ingredients:-

1 k pumpkin (raw)
3 Cup Sugar
250 gm Butter
5 Green Small Cardamom

For Garnishing:-
250 gm Almond
250 Cashewnut
250 gm Currant

Method:-
First Great raw pumpkin then put on stove in a pan..now heat it till water starts boiling  and  let the excess water dry ..now add the butter ,sugar ,green small cardmom, and heat  it  and keep stirring and let the excess water dry do not let it become hard the fluff should be soft. Now garnish with grounded almond,cashew nut  and currant.
Serve it hot or cold.
This dish is also popular in many parts of the India.

Sweet rice pudding( Kheer)



For 4 people:
Ingredients:-
250 gram rice
1 Ltr. full cream milk
Sugar (according to your test ) or 1/2 kg
Saffron 1/4 of  small tea spoon
4 to 6 Small Green Cardamom
100 gm almond
100 gm cashew nut
100 gm currant
Ground almond, cashew nut and put it aside.

Method:- First soak the Rice  for half an  hour, then remove all the water, now put the Rice in a pan and add the milk,sugar. Now light the stove and let it start boiling on low flame and keep on stirring otherwise rice will stick to the pan at bottom.
Wait till all the excess water dries up.Now  sprinkle grounded almond , cashew nut and currant, cardamom in the pan.
Now kheer is ready and you can serve it  hot or cold.
This dish is very important and it is also very famous in India and it is very tasty.This dish is also served in the temples to the visitors as the god's blessing.And I am also the fan of this dish really it is very tasty.

Carrot Sweet Pudding( Gazar ka Halwa)





Ingredients:-
1 k carrot
1 Ltr full cream milk 
2 Cup Sugar
250 gm Butter
5 Green Small Cardamom

For Garnishing:-
250 gm Almond
250 Cashewnut
250 gm Currant

Method:-
First Great carrot then put on stove in a pan,and add the Milk..now heat it till water starts boiling  and  let the excess water dry ..now add the butter ,sugar ,green small cardmom, and heat  it  and keep stirring and let the excess water dry. Now garnish with grounded almond,cashew nut  and currant.
Serve it hot or cold.
This dish is very famous in India and it is served in the function, party and at home for the guest .
